Special Features
- Full Contact: Feature Length Enhanced Viewing Mode is a Bonus View supplement that offers some nice background information courtesy of copious interviews with the cast and crew, interspersed with behind the scenes footage, stills, and the like. Interestingly, the film plays out in the smaller window and the interview segments and other supplemental material are full screen.
- Feature Audio Commentary with Filmmakers and Actor Joel Edgerton features Gavin O'Connor, Anthony Tambakis (co-writer), John Gilroy (editor) and Edgerton (who portrays Brendan). The commentary gets off to a kind of slow start, but ultimately ends up delivering quite a bit of background information, especially with regard to the writing process and how that ultimately morphed into what's seen on the screen.
- Redemption: Bringing Warrior To Life (HD; 31:57) offers the requisite interviews with cast and crew with snippets from the film and behind the scenes footage.
- The Diner: Deleted Scene (HD; 3:02) is a nice scene with Nolte and Hardy.
- Cheap Shots: Gag Reel (HD; 3:58)
- Brother vs. Brother: Anatomy of the Fight (HD; 11:55) is a really interesting featurette which deconstructs the climactic fight sequence.
- Philosophy in Combat: Mixed Martial Arts Strategy (HD; 21:07) offers some real life MMA experts (featured in Warrior) discussing their sport and what is portrayed in the film.
- Simply Believe: A Tribute to Charles "Mask" Lewis, Jr. (HD; 13:58) is an homage to Tapout Co-founder Lewis.
